Riva joined McQueen in 2025, bringing more than seven years of public accounting experience to the firm's accounting team. Her background spans business services and tax compliance for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals, alongside advisory work supporting clients with their broader business and financial decisions. Melbourne clients benefit from her analytical eye and her ability to translate technical complexity into clear, considered guidance.

A Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and Monash University Bachelor of Business graduate, Riva brings a meticulous work ethic and a strong commitment to client outcomes, built across roles where she's also supported the development of junior team members.

Outside the office, Riva is a coffee enthusiast in true Melbourne fashion, happiest exploring the city's café scene. Her first job was teaching children to swim - an experience she found both rewarding and challenging. Italy sits at the top of her travel list, drawn by the history, the coastal towns, and - fittingly - the coffee and food.
