Nowaki joined McQueen Group in 2004 after a conversation with his cousin Angus (the founder) about his law studies led to a career-changing office visit. Rising from client service to Managing Partner, Nowaki now leads Melbourne's integrated financial advisory team while still advising select clients.
His approach combines mathematical precision with genuine people skills, helping busy professionals transform complex financial challenges into clear action plans. Under his leadership, the firm has developed a systematic process that simplifies decision-making and keeps clients on track toward their financial goals.
Outside work, Nowaki runs a monthly album appreciation club with his friends (like a book club, but more fun), volunteers tutoring kids in Melbourne's inner suburbs, and follows North Melbourne in the AFL and the Yakult Swallows in Japanese baseball—always while wearing his signature toe-socks.
