Nicola joined McQueen in 2023, leveraging 15 years of public health sector experience to enhance McQueen’s client service capabilities. Her Bachelor of Social Work and extensive customer service background inform her holistic approach to supporting our Melbourne clients.
After transitioning to financial services for new challenges while raising her family, Nicola applies her skills in relationship-building and attention to detail to help clients achieve their financial goals. Beyond work, she stays active with weekend Parkruns, coordinates a popular community playgroup with over 100 families, and explores new destinations during family holidays.
