Willard's journey from rural beginnings to McQueen in 2024 includes diverse experience at a water trading firm in Wagga, four years at a financial advice firm, and marketing roles with property tech and financial licensee companies. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business, Mini MBA in Marketing, and ongoing Graduate Diploma studies in Financial Planning.
Outside work, Willard volunteers with the Abbotsford Riverbankers conserving Melbourne's Yarra River ecosystem. A country boy at heart, his appreciation for pubs, reading, farm visits, and fitness routine through regular gym attendance reflects the balanced perspective he brings to client service at McQueen.
